In our work in marine conservation we are constantly coming in contact with people who have extraordinary stories to tell. We have many people in NZ that are working hard at marine management issues - whether it be conservation or fisheries management or aquaculture or just the people who study, observe or get our there and enjoy things marine. Some of these people have dedicated substantial parts of their lives to conservation and working in the marine environment. There are some fascinating stories to be told, and we hope to do it here.
