EMR Annual trip to the Poor Knights
Lucky students rewarded with green sea turtle experience!
Video by Wettie TV
Twenty nine students from fifteen schools geographically ranging from Kaitaia to Taranaki came together last Wednesday (22nd May) to experience the magical Poor Knights Islands marine reserve. The students and their guardians boarded a sole charter on ‘Perfect Day’ for the 12th annual “Dive! Tutukaka – Experiencing Marine Reserves” competition trip.
Massive thanks to Dive! Tutukaka for sponsoring this magical and unforgettable day for a selection of EMR students & their parents for the 12th year, when we started with just 3 students and their parents in 2002.
