Tawharanui Marine Reserve’s first snorkeller

Vince Kerr from the Mountains to Sea Conservation Trust, and co-founder of the Experiencing Marine Reserves programme, appropriately was the first snorkeller to "experience the marine reserve" at Tawharanui following the opening ceremony. He came back raving about the big crayfish and snapper!
